Our Health Mission

Patients are evaluated and treated by Dr. Douglas A. Schwartz and by licensed physical and massage therapists in our 5,000 square foot facility consisting of state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. Some of the more common medical conditions diagnosed and treated by Dr. Schwartz and his staff include:

• Neck and low back pain
• Neurological disorders such as pinched nerves and sciatica as well as pain from herniated discs
• Musculoskeletal disorders such as muscle strains, ligamental sprains and tendonitis
• Orthopedic disorders such as fractures, rotator cuff injuries and impingement syndromes in shoulder conditions; meniscal and ligamental tears as well as chondromalacia patellae in knee conditions; ankle ligamental tears and sprains; running injuries of the lower extremities, such as tendonitis and shin splints
• Occupational overuse injuries, including carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy and spinal conditions
• Arthritic disorders, such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
